Texas was coming off to a strong start since the very beginning of the game until their defensive back, Malik Muhammad, got injured. The number #5 jersey garnered medical attention while he fell to the ground. However, Muhammad is no stranger to injuries this season, and yet the freshman has a commendable record of 25 tackles and 1 interception.

It might change the way the Longhorns conclude their season, as some of their best players, like starting CB Ryan Watts and CB Austin Jordan are already sitting it out. With this, Texas’ defense will face a huge blow.
