Deion Sanders’ influence has transcended the division between the gridiron and the wrestling arena. All Elite Wrestling has some exciting news for fans, as wrestler Shane Taylor reposted AEW’s latest trailer. In this post, he gave credit to the Colorado Buffaloes head coach since his strategy toward his football program is considered a blueprint for wrestling success.

Sanders’ experience with wrestling is limited to his close pal, WWE icon, Bill Goldberg. But little did he expect AEW to take up his mantra.

In the trailer, Taylor was seen coming up with some big news for the AEW fans. He came up with a teaser, “When STP arrived we told y’all we are gonna call out the best and the best that’s exactly what we’ve done. Now that brings us to one of the most exciting, one of the most identifying, one of the most entertaining teams in all of AEW.” Ever wondered what or who prompted Taylor to bank on this role? It is none other than Sanders.

The “Rumble Bad Man Rumble” acknowledged Coach Prime’s influence in the caption of his post, which read “We talk our s*it & let you know exactly where we’re going to be!! Like @DeionSanders say…We ain’t hard to find!! Come step up to get beat down!!” With this, Taylor appears to be an ardent follower of Sanders as he is aware of one of Coach Prime’s very favorite quotes.

Sanders’ strategic portal play: “I ain’t hard to find”

Sanders came up with his patent catchphrase, “I ain’t hard to find,” right before the 2023 portal. This was the Buffs HC’s call for the players to join the program. While the players were still in a dilemma to commit themselves to the Colorado Buffaloes, Coach Prime dropped his quote assuring the players that the Buffaloes are one of the most accessible programs. As Sanders promised, “There’s a lot of folks contemplating jumping in that portal right now, for this reason or that reason, I ain’t hard to find.”

According to Sanders, the only three must-have factors for recruits are, “Let me tell you this- smart, tough, fast, disciplined with character- I ain’t hard to find.” Till now, Coach Prime’s only exposure to wrestling was through Bill Goldberg, with whom he developed a close bond while Goldberg and Sanders were in the same NFL team, the Atlanta Falcons.

However, while Goldberg later switched to carry forward his passions in wrestling, Deion Sanders wished to stay back and has gradually enhanced his rank to a head coach now. In case Coach Prime gets to know that his mindset is now taken up by the wrestling giant, he will be no less proud of himself.
