Colorado is in hot water lately as more players leave Deion Sanders’ football program to hit the transfer portal. The Buffs already lost 41 players to the portal, topping college football’s list of the most departing players. But that’s not the only problem because these players are talking trash about Colorado after their departures.

Right from when Cormani McClain left, he gave the Buffs critics something to feed on after saying he doesn’t want to “play for clicks.” In addition, former Buffs DB Xavier Smith disclosed that he wasn’t given enough attention and that Deion Sanders was destroying players’ confidence. After the most recent hit by ex-backup QB Gavin Kuld, Shedeur Sanders has had enough.

After getting multiple attacks from departing players, Shedeur Sanders had enough as he posted a savage dig to critics, saying, “Y’all just interview anyone that leave from Colorado just to get a negative look on the program.” Following this, Colorado’s new OL, Justin Mayers, gave him a piece of his mind. Mayers wrote on X, “Hate be so real in this world. It’s crazy cuz whenever these players be here they be happy. But when they leave all of a sudden they got beef.” In another post, he wrote, “I think it’s really time to stop sparing these people.”

Shedeur Sanders responded, “It’s cool when they do it, it’s a problem if we do it………” Lately, the 22-year-old has become a victim of social media slander as some players are dropping the bomb on Colorado after their departures. After Gavin Kuld left, he dissed Shedeur Sanders in a now-deleted post during his YouTube interview on MagDog TV, saying he selfishly spends his NIL money. And this isn’t the only time the 22-year-old has found himself in a social media beef regarding departing players.

When Xavier Smith hurled allegations at Coach Prime for not being given enough attention, Shedeur Sanders jumped into his father’s defense by posting, “Bro had to be very mid at best.” This caused a social uproar that dissed the Buffs QB. But that didn’t stop him from speaking his mind when Kuld took a dig at him.

While Gavin Kuld was in Colorado, he shared a good relationship with the Sanders family, but now, the faces have changed. After his dig at Shedeur Sanders, the Buffs QB responded, “I learned sometimes you have to take the high road. @GKuld I’ll spare you only this 1 time.” This only sparked the beef as Kuld responded, “Bro @ShedeurSanders what high road? What are u talking about spare me lol.” Colorado’s spring portal period is chaos, but they still have a chance to say the last word if they manage to have a successful season.
