The Colorado Buffaloes HC has returned with yet another pep talk. Now that an interesting time lies ahead of the program, Deion Sanders knows it well to keep the players pumped up. The spring transfer portal has opened and Coach Prime has got two options for the Buffs players- either to jump or ride.
Caught on the YouTube channel, “Well Off Media”, during the practice, Sanders intended to give the players’ roster a vocal tonic by throwing them a question. However, the answer that came has been satisfying proving that the Buffs are reigning full-on energy to deliver their best.

The Colorado players have dedicated themselves to the spring practice without wasting any time. However, they are always eager to spare some time from their training to listen to Deion Sanders since his words work like magic whenever they run low on motivation. This time too it has been no exception. In between the practice, Sanders grabbed the attention of the players’ roster. He raised a blatant warning saying, “You know what the day is? PORTAL DAY. It’s PORTAL DAY. If anybody want to jump, jump. If anybody want to ride, ride. What y’all want to do? What y’all want to do?”
In unison, the players’ reply was “Ride”. He further reiterated the same question and here came the same reply. Coach Prime ended the conversation in his signature style telling, “Let’s ride. Break it down on this group.” Even though Sanders seem to be all confident for the times ahead, right before the portal he has been hit with losses.

Deion Sanders’ recent losses
The two names that come first as far as the spring season transfers in the Colorado roster are concerned are cornerback Cormani McClain and offensive tackle Savion Washington. A former 5-star recruit and the No.1 cornerback in the class of 2023, the reports confirm that McClain is entering the portal as he still holds another four years of eligibility.
On the other hand, Washington too will be headed elsewhere soon. Recent times have been challenging for the offensive tackle since he has been crippled due to injuries in week five. However, by the time he recovered from them, time was over for Washington with only one game left on the schedule.

Other than this, the Buffs’ defensive back Jaden Milliner-Jones will be out there testing water. Milliner-Jones has proved his loyalty to Sanders’ Colorado for 12 of CU’s games this season, however, ultimately has decided to embark on a quest of finding a new home.
This season of spring transfer has presented HC Deion Sanders with back-to-back losses. Yet as seen in the video, he refuses to let that impact fall upon the Buffs roster. Instead, he motivates them for the Black and Gold Day while focusing on improving Colorado’s offensive line which has been an area of concern since the last season.
