The fans were ectstatic when it was revealed that Moore would be taking over rather than an external coach like Brian Kelly of the LSU Tigers. Previously, the Ann Arbour team lost Jesse Minter to Harbaugh’s Chargers when he also left to go work under the CFP championship coach. And now, it is the strength coach, Ben Herbert, who decided to take his leave from Michigan.

In light of the power that Harbaugh has given access to, Charlie Sinclair, a famous X user, highlighted the influence of the family of Alex Spanos, who is the owner of the Los Angeles Chargers. Sinclair said, “This shows that the Spanos family is serious about winning. This shows that they have given Jim Harbaugh complete and utter autonomy and control to create the staff in this team and his image. And that’s very exciting. ” Thus, the Chargers keep luring the important pieces from Michigan as Harbaugh prepares for his debut.
