Skip Bayless turned into a different avatar as he apologized for the hype on $100 million Deion Sanders. Well, it might not seem a lot but the Colorado Buffaloes returned some mediocre figures this season. After a promising start that looked like they would go on to make it to playoffs, the Buffs’ wings came off quite poorly.

It was a poor show throughout the season and they weren’t able to get more wins in the matches. The latest to comment on the poor run is Skip Bayless who expressed his disappointment in the recent “Undisputed” episode. He didn’t let go of the fact that the Buffs started with a bang and in the end could manage just one victory to their tally.

The veteran panelist didn’t have any of the excuses to turn down what has been a poor overall show from Colorado. This time he came directly towards Deion Sanders. He asked for a literal apology for putting too much faith in the HC only to turn it into nothing in the end. He tore apart Coach Prime in the recent episode saying- “So allow me to apologize to Deion because I got carried away. Earlier they won the first three games and I thought they could eight and four.”

Bayless just like the majority of several others was hoping that the Buffs would add several wins to their tally after a hat-trick of victories. However, not to be, Bayless demanded an apology for supporting the team through the earlier phases. Bayless further continued on his venting. He added- “And I went a little crazy because it looked like miracles were about to occur. And they actually did but we put such a big target on these kids’ backs that they couldn’t live up to or defend.”

It was quite hard to see the players and the HC not having any answers at all to the last set of games. While they came agonizingly close to winning certain matches, the Buffaloes came in their own way of doing so.

Is Deion Sanders running out of magic? Will he provide some sort of comeback to the team next year? It all needs to be seen.
