The Buffaloes have so far followed a Deion Sanders manual in getting the right sort of talent onboard along with their sporadic performances last season. Coach Prime since joining the team from Jackson State has redefined the arrears at the Boulder. His impact has been massive and continues to revamp the team with his recent recruitments. In a YouTube video shared by one of the panelists, he refers to one of the articles published by Mike Farrell Sports shows the ongoing tussle.

As per the article, amidst all the signings and talented players coming into the side, George has stood tall with his opposition. As per him, the transfer portals aren’t in the best interests of the student-athletes. He also vocalized his concerns saying- “I think we’re forgetting about the fact that education is primary. Ninety-five to 98% of these student-athletes are not going pro in their sport, so that degree and education is extremely important. And when you transfer multiple times, are you going to have the progress towards degree credits, or have enough credits at an institution to get a degree? That’s concerning.” The point raised by George is legitimate but also opposes the good work Deion Sanders has done in the off-season. But there’s a solution to the issues raised by George.

Prime Time similar to his playing style is also a terrific recruiter and also isn’t a big fan of high-school absorption. Therefore, the coach and athletic director can perhaps work in tandem to ensure the academic success of their students.
