Shedeur Sanders seems to be the absolute favorite among the tiny tots army, who got lucky to meet their favorite football idol. The pint-sized fans, dressed in gray Colorado jerseys, eagerly waited on the sidelines for the chance to get their sneakers signed or shake hands with their favorite football idol.

As they chanted Shedeur’s name, it seemed that Shilo wasn’t as popular among the kids. Could it be because of Shedeur’s lifestyle or his boldness inherited from his father, Deion Sanders, that made him the favorite among the young fans?

Up until now, Shedeur’s popularity among college kids was known. But it seems that the junior schoolgoers, too, seem to live by only one name — Shedeur Sanders. During the one-on-one sessions in the trenches, Well Off Media captured some special moments as vibrant young energy greeted the Buffs quarterback. While some eagerly waited to get Shedeur’s autograph, a kid started rapping some lines from the quarterback’s latest rap, Perfect Timing, while Shedeur, too, joined in.

Basking in the warmth of the fans’ emotions, Shedeur was greeted with more support. The crowd burst into chants of “Shedeur is the best,” but little did he know that he would have to pay a price for all the love. While the quarterback emerged as the absolute favorite of the young tribe, his brother, Shilo, was mostly ignored. “Shilo sucks” immediately followed a celebration chant for Shedeur. The crowd favored Shedeur, which could be for his presence off the football field with his NIL standings and emergence as a rap sensation. Meanwhile, Shilo’s talents were overlooked.

Shedeur Sanders’ meteoric rise

Shedeur has rapidly achieved superstar status in college football. He challenged himself to break free from the title of the Prince of Prime and prove his capabilities by accomplishing something on his own. In May, he made a creative breakthrough as the QB released his first-ever single, Perfect Timing. The song’s lyrics mention luxurious elements, for example, “I went and got that new Maybach, I STAY GRINDING.”

According to On3 reports, the Buffs’ quarterback has become the top earner in the nation with a $4.6 million NIL valuation. He has secured sponsorship deals with major companies such as Google, Mercedes-Benz, and Gatorade. Shedeur’s confidence and similarities to his father, Deion Sanders, have made him a role model for young fans who also admired Coach Prime.

However, Shilo has been out of the public eye. He is facing accusations of misconduct at school and the subsequent bankruptcy. As a result, young fans are no longer considering Shilo as their idol. On a positive note, the Buffs’ safety has taken up a major role in the series BMF, where he will play the role of a younger Deion Sanders.
