“fammmmmmmmm” Now that’s something none of us would ever be able to hear again. 2019 was all about Euphoria. The coming-of-age high school drama took the charts by storm. However, what followed could be called one of the most tragic incidents in television history. Angus Cloud, the 25-year-old actor from the show who played the character Fezco, passed away due to an overdose on July 31st. And for Shedeur Sanders’s ex-gf Storm Reid, who had worked alongside Cloud, the memory remains fresh.

On July 31st, Reid took to her Instagram stories to send her heartfelt wishes to the late actor. “somehow it’s been a year but it feels the same. you’re so missed and loved,” Reid mentioned in her story while sharing a post she had made to honor Cloud. In the main post that Reid shared on her account, she went on to explain how much she had always respected Cloud’s nature and kindness. “i’ve always respected your kindness, tomfoolery, and ability to take up space,” Reid wrote. The passing of the young actor came as a major shock to the rest of the cast members as well.

Sydney Sweeney, another major star from the show, also shared how she felt after she heard the news for the first time. “I don’t think it’ll truly feel real or hit me until we’re filming and I won’t see Angus on set,” Sweeney mentioned. Zendaya who regarded Cloud like a brother also took to Instagram to share her sadness. She explained how glad she was that she got to meet Cloud and know him. The cast will forever hold Cloud close to their heart, just like fans of the Buffs would hold Shedeur-Reid’s relationship.

What happened in 2023?

Last season was terrible for Shedeur Sanders. His team went 4-8. he became the most sacked QB and he also managed to mess up his relationship with Reid. Even during the USC game, Storm Reid cheered for the Buffs despite being a Trojans fan, showing extreme support for Shedeur. While Reid or Shedeur never explicitly revealed the reason for their breakup, it was rumored that the young QB was allegedly cheating on Reid.

Deion Sanders Jr explained on an episode on Well Off Media that Shedeur has “no distractions” for the 2024 season. This was captured back on July 4th when Coach Prime and his sons hit the beaches of Miami to enjoy and relax. “Shedeur here, he’s solo on his trip, you know by himself,” Bucky had mentioned. Regardless, it’s good to see that both Reid and Shedeur are now focusing on their art. While Euphoria will start shoots for the next season in 2025, the Buffs are all set and ready for the 2024 matches.
