When you’re a 20-year-old with the highest NIL valuation in the whole of college football, you struggle with a unique set of problems. Shedeur Sanders shares a fitting anecdote. While he has bigger, and more important tensions. Like revenging his way through the 2024 season to reach redemption for their last season’s 4-8 score. And glistening his college career highlights for the next NFL draft in 2025, he does not get much time to brush up his tech-savvy-ness.

The result? One of the best QBs in college football, who hardly ever struggles with juggling the ball on the field, having to juggle three phones at once. The secret, which he wasn’t trying to hide, was unveiled at his recent interview appearance with DNVR Buffs. When asked about the elephant in the room, three phones clattering in Shedeur Sanders’ hands’, he had his fair reasons for it.

“I’m just kid,” stated he, as he is not able to transfer his old accounts and contacts from his other phones to his new one. But that’s not all to the three phones of Shedeur Sanders. Even his father, Deion Sanders, pouts whenever he sees his sons with 3 devices. Shedeur confessed that his father says things like “You’re tripping” or “You’re doing too much” to him about it. While it might be a bit of a maintenance, each one serves a special purpose for him.

Pointing at the first one, he said, “This one’s for focus. When you get to football mode, you got everybody calling you and texting you. I need tickets and stuff. I ain’t got time for that. I got to focus on what I gotta do,” asserted he. His steely determination toward the sport is also reflected clearly from him not missing any game in the 2023 season despite suffering various hits, except for the final one against Utah.

For the second one, he said, “It has all my accounts connected to it, so there’s no way I can’t get rid of this.” The third one, however, held significant importance for him as it as “a lot of players from back in the day, even from Jackson University, they have my number.” Shedeur’s devotion towards his teammates and friends is unparalleled. Even Jordan Seaton, the five star recruit who joined Colorado this season, confessed that Shedeur Sanders’ to be ‘the guy you can call at 3am’. The two forming such a bond within a brief span is a positive sign indicating that fans can expect an in-sync performance on-field.

But it seems like Shedeur will be collecting phones until he figures out a way to tackle the issue.
