The famed Colorado cornerback is getting high praise from his fans, who are putting him in the same league as the sporting legends like Tom Brady and Michael Jordan. Though his talents have been praised in the past before, this is unlike anything the college football world has ever heard of.

More so than being a phenomenal football player, he’s also an exceptionally bright student when it comes to academics. Only recently, he was honored with the excellence honors by the university for scoring a 4.0 GPA. As such, he has rightly been put in the hall of the GOATs as per his fan, who couldn’t stop showering Hunter with praise.

On the 5th May video released by the ‘MattBeGreat’ YouTube channel, he was seen talking about Travis Hunter’s excellence on the football field and outside of it. Additionally, he termed him as a case study for other college athletes to draw inspiration from as he put him atop the Mount Rushmore of all-time legends.

The host started by saying, “What’s really scary about Travis Hunter is when you combine his rare talent with also his rare mind and that’s a part of it that a lot of players lack. It makes for a scary outcome. That’s how you get your greats like Tom Brady, Julio Jones, Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryan, and the list goes on and on. We’ve talked about how Cormani McClain is immature right? Well, Travis Hunter, he’s the complete opposite.”

He further added, “He’s one of the most mature college football players you’re ever going to meet and what I love about him the most, and it’s the underrated part about him, is he’s treating his life and he’s treating his college football career like a business and that is how all these kids should treat it.”

It is evident that there are a lot of expectations riding on Hunter’s name and he just might go on to become a generational talent in the upcoming years. Hunter and his girlfriend, Leanna Lee, arrived together to witness the man and the myth in action and fortunately, they weren’t disappointed. Messi led the team to an unbelievable thrashing of the Bulls, as the men in pink couldn’t stop celebrating the brilliance of their Argentinian talent. The game ended with a staggering score of 6-2 and Hunter probably went home, ecstatic to have witnessed such an incredible talent.
