He said the veteran QB is taking the job as he is bored and the running back also gave his verdict on Brees’ coaching abilities.

“I think Drew’s bored. Drew, you’re bored. But I don’t know. I think he’ll do good. With the helmet on I think he’s a great coach. I don’t know how he’s gonna do with a headset on. We’ll see,” Kamara said with a big smile on his face.

Although Brees downplayed his future as an NFL coach recently. He called his coaching gig with the Boilermakers just a short-term thing where he is just trying to fill a gap.

“This is just a short-term thing, and like I said, this came about just with Coach Brohm leaving and us being in a position where we were trying to fill the gap,” the Saints’ legend said.
