Evidently, Carl Williams has been supporting his son since childhood, playing a significant role in the star QB’s career. While he was noted for contacting agents for his son’s minority ownership stakes, it all resulted in an array of controversies. 

While rumors started elevating even before Caleb Williams’ inaugural NFL snap, Feldman’s observations sided with his undeniable sporting prowess. Attempting to downplay the speculations of red flags, he emphasized, “I definitely think there’s a little bit of apprehension about how his dad’s directing some of this.” 

With further insights, the football expert added, “I don’t necessarily think that’s fair to Caleb”, continuing, “But I think that perception is growing, you hear, you know.” As Rich Eisen pointed out the different approaches of Caleb Williams in NFL routines, he was seen highlighting the delightful appearance of the young player.

With Caleb Williams defending his choices, he was caught, citing a desire to control the dissemination of his personal information. In a detailed exchange, Caleb Williams shared, “My thing is: give it to the teams that are going to pursue me.” While his issue was never with undergoing medical tests, the iconic athlete noted avoiding the location. “I’ll be doing the medical stuff, just not here in Indy. I’ll be doing it at the team interviews. Not 32 teams can draft me. There’s only one of me. So the teams that I go to for my visit, those teams will have the medical and that’ll be it”, he said, adding that he would be happy to get drafted by any team, including the Bears.
