Steve Sarkisian is pleased with the Longhorns spring practice
Beginning on Tuesday, the Longhorns kicked off their spring football training, and according to Sarkisian, it looks like the success and unity from last season’s achievements followed them into this season’s practice. The team’s performance last season reaped consistent praise from their HC on their versatility, and even this year seems to be starting on a good note. He said of their first practice, “This was a pretty good first day. It was pretty evident that the energy was really good out there at practice.”

Sarkisian also discussed what to expect from the Longhorns this season: “Just as a team in general, I don’t think we’re going to be a one-dimensional team that’s going to have to rely on one phase of the game to be overly dominant. I’d love for all these phases to be that.” Texas is set to kick off its Orange–White Spring Game on April 20.
