The Colorado Buffaloes’ recent games have been nothing less than havoc. With the team scoring back-to-back losses in the season, the controversies around them have escalated to new heights. Amidst all of this, all the pressure is trickling down to the players, making their already tough days worse. Additionally, they are also at the gunpoint of the Buffs’ head coach Deion Sanders. Coach Prime’s blazing rage after Colorado lost to the Beavers was intense, to put it nicely.

The head coach couldn’t sense the ‘same passion’ this season. Yet, fighting all odds, the Buffs players are trying their best in each game to make a grand comeback. Well, it might seem like a far-fetched possibility given only three remaining games this season. But with Sanders’ knowledge of when to be tough on the boys and when to motivate them, they might as well save the day.
Deion Sanders’s plan moving forward
Even though fans did not like how Sanders reacted to their players being ‘passionless’ this season, it seemed that Sanders knew what he was doing. Hence, although Sanders made no effort to hide his disappointment, he had a solid plan for the remaining games. His game plan revolved around one thing: reigniting the passion.
“We got to get that passion back for this purpose with what we’re trying to do,” asserted Coach Prime. Through his post-game conference, Coach Sanders also dusted away all the critics claiming him being ‘too tough with the team’.Sanders did not shy away from expressing his concern for each player, how unmotivated each one feels in the locker room after a loss. However, Sanders does try to motivate them and feels proud of his team whenever they perform well. Which explains the scolding them when they don’t perform well.

Deion Sanders slams Sheduer Sanders
After the post-game conference on Sunday, one thing was evident. Coach Prime was not shielding anyone away. Rather, he called out individual players this time, holding each one accountable for mistakes they made on the ground. As per Sanders, the ‘foolish’ mistakes by his QB son Sheduer Sanders and his mates proved to be the choreographer of the team’s loss.

However, looking at it from Sheduer’s perspective, the guy gave the game his all. Despite being hit about 41 times due to the utterly poor performance of the defense, the QB continued to play. His commitment to the game was evident in his decision to play against the Beavers despite suffering from an injury, let alone getting injured again during the game. Yet Sanders felt the lack of ‘passion’. Well, one thing is clear, it is the team who needs to improve to redeem themselves.
