It only takes another Sanders to drop advice on Coach Prime Deion Sanders and Shilo Sanders gets real in a recent episode by Bucky’s Well Off Media. In what is a hilarious reaction by Coach Prime who praises his safety son saying he worked hard but not without taking a “double dump” in the middle of working out. To this, the 23-year-old replied with raw honesty, “I’m not gonna lie, Dad, your workout plan is not modern.”

Shilo Sanders admitted that Coach Prime’s workout plan is overworking him as he jokingly said he needed a “double dump” because he’s overloaded.
