It seems that the new Los Angeles Chargers HC is on a mission to promote the former Michigan quarterback and get him drafted elsewhere rather than bringing him into his program. All this is because, by hook or crook, Harbaugh wishes to draft Marvin Harrison Jr.. one of the first non-quarterback picks this season. Because the Bears own the Carolina Panthers’ first-round pick, they will be going for the best, none other than Williams.
