Jim Harbaugh, the coach for the Michigan Wolverines, has an uncertain future ahead of him after the CFP National Championship game. The 60-year-old is being rumored to move to the NFL and drop his role with the Wolverines after nine exceptional seasons. But in a recent interview, a source close to the NFL has reported that Harbaugh should most certainly leave Michigan as his time with them this season has been quite tumultuous.
The Michigan Wolverines have had an unbelievable winning streak with a 14-0 record. But they haven’t been able to get their due credit because of the controversies that surround their former HC Jim Harbaugh. A few months ago, Harbaugh was accused of leading a sign-stealing scandal that helped Michigan gain an unfair advantage over the other teams. Since then, he’s been under heavy scrutiny and will be undergoing a proper investigation as well. As such, with all these stains on his reputation, Jay Glazer reveals that Harbaugh should not consider Michigan’s extension contract and aim straight for the NFL.

On the latest episode of the Fox NFL show, Jay Glazer made an appearance as the guest to talk about all things related to football. He delved deeper into the topic of Harbaugh and what his decision should be career-wise after the final game of the season tomorrow. According to him, Harbaugh has had a tough time in the league this season with all his scandals and as such, advised him to move to the NFL and preferably sign with the Chargers.
Glazer said, “Now, do I think his brother coaches in the same league as him next year? I do. I think this is the year, especially all the stuff that’s gone on, you know that everything else, the scandals with Michigan. I think this is the year that Jim Harbaugh steps in. And I would think if you have to put him somewhere, the Chargers probably makes the most sense.” Thus, Glazer’s words might very well just come true as new reports suggest that Harbaugh will most possibly be signing with the Chargers after this season.
Jim Harbaugh is rumored to be looking for a home in Los Angeles while his contract with the Chargers gets finalized.
In recent reports, it has been suggested that the deal between the Chargers and Harbaugh will be announced soon. But while he and the Wolverines have their sights set on the CFP National Championship match against the Huskies, the fans can’t help but worry about the possibility of Harbaugh leaving the team which seems highly plausible at the moment.
