The Ohio State Buckeyes will not be missing any players ahead of the upcoming Cotton Bowl match. With most of the star players staying for the intense face-off against the Missouri Tigers, it looks like they might just stay for good and not proceed with the NFL draft.
This team has had an unbelievable season in the B10 East League. They’re right below the Michigan Wolverines in second place with an impressive record of 11-1. Though they couldn’t make it into the top four spots for the playoffs, the fans will have all their eyes on the team as they venture into their biggest challenge of the year yet. But fortunately for the team, they will be walking into the stadium with all their best players in the red and white colors.

The Ohio team took to their official Instagram account on December 12 to announce that most of their franchise players will be playing against the Missouri Tigers.

They captioned the post by saying, “Also no starters have declared for the 2024 NFL Draft… RUN IT BACK ‼️
#GoBucks” The players who will be staying for the Bowl consist of notable names like Denzel Burke, Emeka Egbuka, Tyleik Williams, Jack Sawyer, and D. Jackson. But there’s one player who might be considering a change in the upcoming draft, and it’s Kyle McCord, the star quarterback for the Buckeyes.
Kyle McCord will be meeting with Nebraska OC Marcus Satterfield.
There’s no doubt about the fact that Kyle has been a pivotal part of the Buckeyes throughout this season. He threw out a total of 3,170 passing yards and finished over 24 touchdowns, but unfortunately, it seems as if his time with the Ohio team might be coming to an end.

It was recently reported that there’s a chance that McCord could end up with the Nebraska team. The offensive coordinator for Nebraska, Marcus Satterfield, is known to have met with McCord over a potential signing. Moreover, Nebraska hasn’t had the best season with a poor record of 5-7, and as such, with the addition of McCord to the team, they will be able to scale new heights in the league.
