The Julian Lewis quest is still going strong in Colorado. Each staffer who has put in their blood, sweat, and tears throughout the off-season to lure the five-star Carrollton prospect in is still hoping for him to flip to Colorado. Although they have not limited their options just to JuJu their top priority is still him. All they are waiting for is the official visit weekend from June 21-23 to welcome Lewis to Boulder and convince him to stay there.

Amid all this, ‘Bigg Dogg’ Chico Cleveland insists Lewis carefully consider all the prospects that Colorado has to offer. The starting QB role is definitely one since Shedeur Sanders would be moving to the NFL. But that would not be the only place that Shedeur would be vacating that could potentially benefit Lewis. It is also the spot on the NIL board that Lewis could take up when Shedeur Sanders leaves. Currently, Coach Prime’s son ranks No.1 among the top 100 NIL valuations across NCAA with his $4.6 million NIL valuation.

Once Shedeur leaves, Julian Lewis could very well leverage the popularity CU has built to cement himself as a major brand in the NIL collective. “You come to Colorado, dog. You see the NIL evaluations and stuff. You see the exposure,” Chico Cleveland said on his show ‘Buff’em Updates’, making a clear case of Deion Sanders and Co. to Lewis.

If Julian Lewis decides to switch to Colorado, the opportunities that could come to him are limitless. However, the USC commit is not showing many signs of changing his mind about switching from Coach Lincoln Riley to Coach Prime just yet.

Even after all the efforts of Deion Sanders and Co., Julian Lewis still seems pretty sold on USC. First, it was his tweet saying, “Where Legends are made and Stars are born @uscfb,” praising Coach Riley. Plus, how smooth his official visit to USC went this weekend. Julian Lewis and his family. TC Lewis described the meet as ‘phenomenal’ where ‘USC put together an awesome weekend’.

Coach Riley made every possible effort to make sure that Julian Lewis didn’t flip to Colorado. The magic worked on JuJu since he was pretty sold on staying with Coach Riley. “I love coach Riley. Every time I’m around him I learn something. There’s no question that I’ll be successful playing for him on that offense. I know I’ll get better every day at SC,” Lewis said about Coach Riley and Co. If Lewis does not change his mind about USC. Deion Sanders and Co would badly need a reliable QB to lead their 2025 season.
