Deion Sanders didn’t just land in Atlanta; he swagged a retro look, too. Coach Prime rocks his iconic Nike retro sneakers, proving that legends never go out of style. The Buffs HC visited Atlanta for some work, but he never missed a chance to amp up his fashion game. Before heading to the event, he shared his look of the day with his fans.

Being a “sneakerhead,” Deion was expected to do something special with his footwear. But hardly anyone expected Coach Prime to return to the ’90s fashion. Will this new sneaker replace the “baddest shoe” in Deion’s collection?

Deion Sanders has a storied history with Nike that spans decades. The collaboration between him, renowned for his exceptional athleticism and flashy style, and Nike led to the creation of some of the most iconic sneakers of the ’90s. Interestingly, while the ’90s style might appear outdated to many, the Buffs HC may disagree. Now that Sanders has been exposed to the latest styles, he seems to have this soft corner for sneakers with a retro look. He sported the ’90s look on his recent trip to Atlanta. As captured by Darius Sanders on Reach The People Media, Deion is spotted wearing the iconic white-colored sneakers.

Amidst his busy schedule, he gave the fans a glimpse of his look. “Way up real slow, slow motion for me…now watch the look away,” the Buffs HC gave the camera instructions for Darius. As spotted, the sneaker’s design is simple, with no dominance of colors. Will Deion give up all things flashy for his look, starting with his shoes?

Deion Sanders’ revival of the Nike partnership came with a unique honor

In May, the Colorado Buffs HC reignited his partnership with the sneaker giant Nike. Of course, the revival of the much-awaited collaboration had to produce a grand result. Right after the announcement, Deion thrilled fans with the revival of the iconic Nike Air DT Max ’96. Coach Prime could not help but obsess over the new collection. While launching the kicks on Instagram, he ensured that the uniqueness of the white sneakers with gold streaks reached the fans. “The baddest shoes in the game and I earned my pic in the heel of my shoe game,” wrote the thrilled Buffs HC.

Even though the much-anticipated Prime Time Nike Air DT Max ’96 looks retro, the signature “torn-up” upper design is a modern twist. It features Sanders’ photo crystallized on the heel. To receive the unique honor from Nike, Coach Prime could not help but flaunt the latest collection as he quipped, “Who else in history got they picture in a shoe?”

Now that Deion inclines more toward keeping it simple, will he end up “hurting” LeBron James with his change in looks? Only two months back, the basketball giant fulfilled  Coach Prime’s wish by gifting him the basketball version of the “Primes.” All eyes are on Deion’s sneaker collection!
