This is huge for the Michigan coaches who took the reins after Harbaugh’s axing. The side that doesn’t lack confidence, has shown that nothing can derail them. They surely are the favorites to enter the playoffs and might go on to win the NCAA competition. For Harbaugh, things seem pretty serious as his restraining order is denied.

The sign-stealing controversy has engulfed the entire Michigan side. Now, as the team was preparing for the match against Penn State, they were without their HC. Jim Harbaugh was given a three-match ban as adjudged by the Big 10 conference. However, the HC couldn’t even get a restraining order in time to coach his team! Offensive coordinator Sherrone Moore was asked to act as the interim coach.
The suspension came in late during the Friday afternoon, with Harbaugh on the plane. Within moments, Michigan’s management decided to go for a temporary order. However, the suspension stands tall for now. Judge Tim Connors denied Michigan’s request. Moments later, the team released a statement saying- “We look forward to presenting our case next week where we intend to demonstrate that the Big Ten has not acted legally or fairly,”. This is turning out to be more than just sign-stealing accusations, with the legal bodies involved. Things might turn messy as the authorities vest the power to make future decisions.
