Stephen A. Smith takes a dig at the innocence of the Michigan Wolverines as they celebrate their emotional victory over Penn State. The Michigan team has been the center of controversy ever since the sign-stealing scandal led by Jim Harbaugh came to light. Stephen A. Smith lashes out at the emotions displayed by the Michigan team after a victory over Penn State. The match ended with a score of 24-15 and saw the management staff break down in tears over the win. Smith said, “You’re acting like a victim. Who has victimized you? There’s a level of culpability and guilt that belongs to the Michigan program. The president of the university and them have to make their case against that.” Thus, he doesn’t believe that their emotions are valid until and unless the case against Jim Harbaugh has been definitively refuted.
