The Florida State quarterback Jordan Travis might have to miss the rest of the current season because his leg got squished in a recent encounter. He was a serious prospect for the Heisman Trophy this year. Travis churned up outstanding numbers with 2,756 passing yards and 20 touchdown passes.

He was looking to add more to his stellar season; however, he’ll have to watch the remainder of the season from the rehab center. He was aiming for an NFL draft, and depending on the trajectory of his injury, his plans might be delayed. However, amidst all the action, he was greeted and visited by a former FSU stalwart in the hospital. The WR took to Instagram to share a heartfelt note regarding his “brother.”

While Florida State University was up against North Alabama, a gruesome incident surrounded the victory. In the first quarter, the Seminoles quarterback took a massive hit from the opposition linebacker. Travis went down with the linebacker attempting the highly debated “hip-drop tackle.” Tamorrion Terry, one of FSU’s former players, extended his support to the player as he visited the injured Travis in the hospital. Terry wrote on his Instagram story: “Glad that you doing well love you brother 4L.”

Seeing a former teammate coming and showing warmth in distress is great. This is a shocker for Travis since he looked like ideal NFL material. The injury officially marks the end of his playing career with the Seminoles. However, the QB remained humble and expressed his love for the team.
