In his recent IG story on July 25, Coach Prime happily put Tracie Knight on the pedestal on her big day saying, “HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY BLESSED BLESSED BIRTHDAY TO MY SISTER Tracie Knight!!!” He also went on to explain why there’s no picture of her in his post saying “She don’t like pictures.” But the love and admiration for his sister is clear as he wrote, “She is the Absolute BEST SISTER I could’ve prayed for. She takes care of the whole darn family!!! Love you Barks and I appreciate u.”

Such a sweet birthday message for a loved one. As her social media description suggests, Tracie Knight is a Florida native currently living in Texas. She is married and is a happy mother of two beautiful children, Tia and TJ Hendrix. Born on July 24, 1970, Tracie Knight is three years younger than Deion Sanders whose coaching history began with mentoring her. In a throwback interview, Coach Prime revealed the role his sister played in his early life. He said, “I remember taking her to church when we were kids, making sure she’d sit up and don’t talk or chew gum, and to do the right thing and make the proper choices in life. And now she’s helping me with everything.”

Coming to Tracie, she prefers living her life low key in her country residence in North Texas in contrast to the flashy Coach Prime.
