Tracey and Deion met at a movie premier party in 2012 and it was love at first sight. Both the 56-year-olds started dating right during Deion’s tumultuous divorce from Pilar Sanders. She shared many tips and tricks to deal with the aging challenges by sharing her insights in full.

Edmonds said, “So the number one question that I always get asked is how do I slow down the aging process? Well, it all starts with self-care, and that means establishing a daily practice of nourishing your mind, body, and spirit.” Furthermore, she went on to explain the methods, starting with the importance of hydration and exercise.

She said, “The first step, hydration. I can’t tell you how important it is to keep your body hydrated. That’s like keeping gas in your car so that your car can run. Next up is exercise. We have to get our exercise in at least three to five times a week. I actually do it three to five times a week. Cardio is so important. And so it’s great for heart, health and also cardio actually energizes you.“

Lastly, she stated the most important tip that everyone should follow. Edmonds emphasized the importance of sleep when she said, “The other key secret for slowing down the aging process is you need to get enough sleep and we can’t play with that one because if you don’t get enough sleep, it shows in your eyes, under your eyes your skin starts wrinkling and sagging more and you just don’t have the energy that you need.” Thus, the fans are glad to see that Edmonds is doing well for herself and continues to set an example for women all over.

Deion himself replied to the emotional post in the comments and said, “Love u Tracey and You’ve been a true blessing to me. I appreciate the times we’ve shared, and they laughs we’ve had.
