However, his son, Shedeur Sanders, is not as experienced in this regard. Due to the increasing number of allegations of ‘favoritism’ being thrown around, Coach Prime (Deion Sanders) recognized that this was the perfect opportunity to impart an important life lesson to his son.

The allegations of nepotism started creeping up when Deion Sanders and Co. became a public favorite. All of it came like the bad side of the coin, with them having no other choice but to ignore it. However, as analysts and former Buffs players unveiled some dark aspects of the Buff’s locker room, proving Coach Prime’s ‘favoritism’ towards his kid, Sanders was left with no option but to speak out.

Worring about Shedeur Sanders not only as a father but also as a coach, Deion Sanders knew it was time to take a jibe at the haters, while giving some assurance to the QB. “Let’s do us and not engage in foolishness,” urged Sanders. Sharing a picture with his son on field, Coach Prime further wrote, “Son they’re upset with no valid reason to be. This thang is bigger than us.” 

Shedeur Sanders has tried dealing with the situation himself, all to no avail. Deion Sanders is accused of all the allegations, which would be a coach’s nightmare. From favoring his son to some chiming in money to not giving other players a chance, these have been hurled against Sanders within the last few months. As the situation progresses, new facades are unveiled instead of worsening for Sanders.

Shedeur Sanders response to critics

Following the daunting losses of Colorado in the latter part of the season, QB Sheduer Sanders reportedly gained the status of a ‘nepo baby’. With the rumors intensifying by the day, it was only time till Shedeur Sanders exploded with frustration. Yet, Sanders put his cool cap on while tweeting “People say I’ve changed but I’ve always did the same thing.”
