The Alabama Crimson Tide is on the road to the Rose Bowl! Jalen Milroe just had an influencer praying for him to receive the blessings that the 2019 NFL MVP is blessed with! The 21-year-old QB finished this season with 2,718 yards and 23 touchdowns, which is an impressive stat in itself. But improvements never hurt. 

As fans wait for the Rose Bowl that is about to kick off in a few days, a lot of football lovers’ attention has shifted to the Christmas Day game between the Baltimore Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers. The way the Ravens QB Lamar Jackson handled the game stole many people’s hearts as he led his team to victory. See the blessing that had been sought for him.

Following the Ravens’ victory over the 49ers, an influencer posted on Twitter, “God please bless Jalen Milroe with the exact development and anointing you have on Lamar Jackson life.“ Milroe joined the Crimson Tide in 2021 and led his team to three playoff appearances (including the 2023 Rose Bowl). They won the National Championship title in 2022 and Milroe was named the game’s MVP after defeating the Georgia Bulldogs 27-24. 

On the other hand, Lamar Jackson entered the NFL in 2018 as a Heisman Trophy winner. At 21, he started in his rookie year and led the Ravens to a division title and became the youngest NFL QB to start a playoff game. He’s the 2019 NFL MVP, the second player after Tom Brady in 2010 to be unanimously voted the MVP as well as the second-youngest MVP, after Jim Brown. 

Lamar Jackson is the star of the last game

The Ravens QB displayed his skills after entering the half-time leading 16-12. Early in the 3rd quarter, a punt return by Tylan Wallace led to an extra 25 yards followed by a 39-yard gain. Lamar Jackson emerged in the spotlight with a touchdown pass to Nelson Agholor, giving them a 23-12 boost.

This was followed by a second touchdown in 18 seconds after Jackson connected with Zay Flowers on a touchdown pass for a 30-12 lead. The Ravens won 33-19 in their Christmas game against San Francisco, putting an end to the 49ers’ six winning streaks. Lamar Jackson finished the game with a 65.7% completion rate, 252 passing yards, and 2 touchdowns. 

All in all, the Ravens defense gave a tough time to Brock Purdy who finished the game with four shocking interceptions. For a supporter to wish the kind of blessing that Lamar Jackson has on the field to Jalen Milroe is nothing short of a pure form of affection.
