Colorado Buffaloes are on the verge of breaking their heart. Despite 99-year-old, Peggy Coppom rooting for their favorite JuJu, Julian Lewis is already singing praise for Kirby Smart’s program. While there is still time for the QB’s Boulder visit, it is evident that Lewis is more inclined toward Georgia.

However, it’s hard to predict what the quarterback’s big plan is. Before biasing Georgia, he could not help but talk about his “phenomenal” visit with Lincoln Riley and the USC Trojans. It seems that the QB does not want to break the heart of any program that he visits. However, fans had already started to dream about Lewis in the black and gold jersey since an emotional hook is involved in the Buffs’ probability. 

Lewis’s latest post adds suspense to his commitment story

On June 14, Lewis posted a group picture with the Bulldogs squad. This, in a way, confirmed that he had a great time meeting Smart and company. The caption of the post read, “Proud of my guys for how we battled today #KeepWorking @GeorgiaFootball 7v7 Champs @CoachJoeyKing.” This just added up to another chapter of suspense, to Julian’s Next Destination thriller.

A few days back, Lewis walked on the same road, praising Riley and the Trojans. While Deion Sanders has already prepared the script for Lewis, it now seems that probably Coach Prime will have to throw it away. Before Georgia, JuJu basked in the USC glory and openly claimed, “USC put together an awesome weekend”. With this, the QB confessed how he sees himself to improve only under Riley. “I love coach Riley. He’s my guy. Every time I’m around him, I learn something. There’s no question that I’ll be successful playing for him on that offense. Coach (Luke) Huard comes from a family of quarterbacks and played it himself so between those two I know I’ll get better every day at SC.” In case, Lewis has to commit himself to any program outside Buffaloes, he might have to strain his relationship with his father, T.C. Lewis who is very dear to the Buffs HC. But now it seems neither Riley, Smart, or Sanders stands a chance since there is another competitor. 

Blackerby’s big claim about Lewis

Lewis had a visit scheduled to Auburn from June 14th to June 16th. But amidst the JuJu and Buffaloes craze, it did take a backseat. However, Zack Blackerby in his The Next Round Live podcast just dropped a truth bomb. Lewis will be visiting Hugh Freeze along with a bunch of star players including Sharmar Arnoux, Duane Morris, and Darrell Johnson. 

However, according to Blackerby, no one other than Lewis will be lucky to move past the Auburn door. He came up with a big claim, “I think when it’s all said and done, JuJu Lewis will be Auburn’s quarterback.” In case Lewis makes up his mind to join hands with Freeze, the Tigers will be on cloud nine. The program is on a mission to add a new offensive lineman every week to its 2025 roster. If JuJu flips and commits to Auburn, he will be ensured to receive top-notch protection and good depth from the O-line. 

However, his road to Auburn will not be a bed of roses, since he might face their top QB prospects like TJ Lateef. It is full of a chaotic situation as all the programs are heading toward a single direction of pursuing Lewis. Deion Sanders, being the mastermind of strategies, will he be able to win the QB’s heart with his charismatic charm and masterstrokes?
