Just a few days ago, Colorado found themselves in a dreary situation when their 5-star commit faltered in his commitment. Jordan Seaton entered the transfer portal as the nation’s No. 1 offensive tackle, the highest-ranked recruit to commit to Coach Prime Deion Sanders’ Buffs. It’s no wonder he received lots of enticing offers from top programs, almost having him flipped.
Much to the relief of Coach Prime and Colorado fans, Jordan Seaton signed his letter of intent with the Buffs. But the interesting thing here is that the top offensive lineman in the 2024 recruiting class has some things in common with his new HC. So it looks like he made the right choice after all.

It’s not Maryland or Tennessee. In a recent YouTube video by Rivals Video, Jordan Seaton exposed that it was the Alabama Crimson Tide who nearly got his commitment when the team’s OC Eric Wolford visited him. He said, “Can’t forget Alabama. Me and Wolf. Wolf came to my school. We had a long in-depth conversation. Almost flipped there.”
On Day 1 of the early signing period, 5-star recruit Jordan Seaton gave the college football world a jolt with his indecision. Despite his commitment to Coach Prime Deion Sanders and Colorado, the No. 1 OT confessed that he had a handful of coaches coming to visit him, including Ohio State Buckeyes OL coach Justin Frye. Other programs that got in touch with him in the final days include Oregon, Nebraska, and Tennessee.

Coach Prime and the Buffs’ fans faced severe suspense when Jordan Seaton was flirting with other programs leading up to his signing with Colorado. But it was always the Buffs for the freshman who later said of his relationship with Deion Sanders on a YouTube video, “But yeah we had this joint calculated to a T. So don’t believe the hype but we are the hype!”
An incident with Shedeur Sanders and Chad Johnson revealed that Jordan Seaton also shares Coach Prime and his QB son’s love for bling and shiny accessories. The young college starter also likes to flaunt chains as is seen from his intricate black and gold JS initial chain. He’s already settling down in his new home as he went accessory shopping with the team’s QB and Ocho.

Maybe Coach Prime just has found himself another player who will live by his motto, “Look good, feel good. Feel good, play good.” And they’re going to pay handsomely if they do!
