NFL bids farewell to Khyree Jackson! The tragic loss of the 24-year-old cornerback came as a shocker to all sporting fans. Just months ago, Jackson was a rising star making headlines during the NFL Draft. Now, his future is tragically cut short.

Early Saturday morning, the rookie cornerback for the Minnesota Vikings was involved in a fatal car accident in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Now, details are still emerging, but Maryland State Police have named 2 other victims – Isaiah Hazel and Anthony Lytton Jr., who also died in the crash. According to reports, Hazel was driving a Dodge Charger with the CB in the passenger seat. Soon, a speeding Infiniti Q50 attempting to change lanes struck their car and a third vehicle leading to this tragedy.

The news soon sent shockwaves through the NFL community. The Minnesota Vikings were one of the first to share this, calling themselves “devastated” by Jackson’s passing. The team’s rookie quarterback, JJ McCarthy, who was drafted by them in the first round this year, also mourned Jackson on his Instagram story.
