A week earlier, Steve Sarkisian’s wife, Loreal, posted a clip on Instagram of her attending an MLS game at the Q2 Stadium in Austin. Ever since her last appearance, she has been absent from every social media that added to the football fans’ intrigue. Loreal is finally here but things do not look good on her end.

Taking to Instagram, Sarkisian’s wife came up with a crucial health update on her story that shows her eyes in an alarming state. This left Loreal with some serious suffering as fans still can’t get over her dazzling presence on social media.

Coach Sarkisian’s wife, Loreal is known to all for her prim and proper looks and her vibrant smile. Now that she has been on a social media hiatus, fans were expecting some issues. But they had no idea that the problem would turn out to be this serious. Sharing the picture of her eyeball on the story, Loreal informed,  “…sorry I’ve been out of touch but I’ve been suffering from a chemical burn on my eye since this weekend. 30% of my cornea has been burned and I can’t see that well. I promise I’ll be in touch soon.” It has compromised her sight as all that she now sees is tampered with shades of green. 

The problem has been so serious that it has affected her day-to-day life. Hence, Loreal answered why she took a break from social media. “I promise I’m not ignoring my calls and texts, it’s just better for me to have my eyes close as ut heals…heck, writing all of this was a task”, shared Loreal hoping to recover soon. As fans wish for her speedy recovery, they miss the dazzling presence of her on social media. 

Fashion-forward social media presence of Texas Longhorns first lady

Going by the reports put forward by the Madison Avenue Couture website, the Texas Longhorns first lady made an appearance at the MLS game sporting a $7500 Coco Chanel bag. She was there to support the home team, Austin FC and sported a green and black striped Austin FC jersey with a black skirt. Being an ultimate style icon she has a strong presence in the college football world. During the 2024 Texas Spring game, she made a style statement by wearing a denim skirt embellished with gems and a cow-neck white top. Mrs. Sarkisian’s ensemble was a blend of modern and classic fashion.

As Loreal made an appearance at the games, she had been a constant support for Coach Sarkisian. As per the NIH reports, the healing time for ocular injuries may take 8 to 20 days. Hence, Sarkisian has been lucky enough to get Loreal enough time to heal before the fall.  

By God’s grace, Loreal will be back to her usual self when the Texas Longhorns hit the gridiron for the SEC title battle. With this, the Longhorns coach will get peace of mind as he will be rebuilding his roster.
