Well Off Media is a shrine for Primetime fans to get a daily dose of sneak-peak into the life of Deion Sanders and Co. But how about a sneak peek into one of the darkest-deepest corners of Deion’s conscience? The recent video of Deion Sanders Jr’s company captures Deion Sanders in a highly vulnerable moment, where he is revisiting his past to remember how he completed the promise he made to his mother.
It all started when Sanders was 7-years old. He remembered making a promise to his hardworking mama, saying, “I was gonna make a lot of money. She was gonna never have to work.” As with every other thing, the achievement of this dream did not come easily to him.

Even though it is a highly personal thing to share, Primetime has spoken about it head-front in several interviews. Deion Sanders had to use the full capabilities of his imagination to give birth to an alter ego, which he named ‘Prime’. It was birthed in his dormitory room in Florida State, as he confessed in his interview with Bleacher Report’s Tyler Brooks. However, his normal self and his alter ego fueled him to reach the heights he has today, letting his mother retire in 1988. “I wanted to retire my mother so she never had to work another day in her life and my mother hasn’t worked since 88 you’re supposed to clap right there,” said Sanders.
Speaking on how he created this alter ego, Deion Sanders said in Well Off Media’s video, “I would take bits and pieces out of other people that I love and I adore and I would incorporate them into me but I had to be me so that’s how I created that.” Well, anything for mama, especially when it’s about a mama’s boy at the core like Sanders.

Later she married Willie Knight, with whom she had Tracey Knight. Prime’s momma is a proud mother, as her Instagram handle reads “Momma Prime.” Despite all the ups and downs in Sanders’ life, his mother had always been the woman to stand beside him, which made Prime who he is today.
