Coach Prime Deion Sanders has taken to the BuffsTV YouTube channel to discuss the Colorado-UCLA post-game. He admits that the team has to improve their offensive line. He states, “You see that quarterback is taking his beating now. He got an interjection at halftime.“
The Colorado Buffs’ offense has slumped, leading to their star quarterback, Shedeur Sanders, getting sacked five times just in the first half and two more times in the second half. This facilitated the QB to get a painkiller injection at halftime. Throughout the game, he had to stumble in the shadows of the UCLA defenders. The game was a sad ending for Coach Prime and the Buffs, who ended with 255 total yards and 38 rushing yards.?
Coach Prime said, “We?gotta do a better job of protecting him running the football.” In another statement, he said of his son, “I’m?a little biased because I’m his father, but I think we have the best quarterback in the country. I don’t think any other quarterback could put up with having to stand and deliver like he has to every week in, week out, taking a beating.“
During the match, both Travis and Shilo suffered some unfortunate hits. With the recent loss, the Buffs’ chances of making it through to the finals have become very slim.

With the last game, Colorado has gotten to a tie of 4-4 as they brave through the season. They need two more wins to become eligible for the LA Bowl. Coach Prime had stated, “I would love to win. I’m accustomed to winning and we will win. Just put your seatbelt on and hold on. We’ll win.“
