Coach Prime Deion Sanders has warned the players entering the transfer portal. Sanders wisely revamped the Colorado Buffaloes’ roster; however, he faced backlash during the process for his straightforward approach of letting go of players that didn’t complement his vision for the team. The Buffs lost a few promising players in the transfer portal but emerged as the top team with the highest index number.

Former Buffaloes player Cormani McClain took a dig at the Buffaloes program and Sanders for his approach. Following this incident, netizens trolled Coach Prime for his approach. But this time, Sanders has issued a warning to such players.

Sanders emphasized that players entering the transfer portal are like divers having no parachute. They have no home when they enter the transfer portal.

Issuing his warning, Sanders said, “When you get in the portal, you are supposed to have a home. Don’t get in there and just sitting, hey what’s up? how long you have been here. A year how long you have been here 6 months, how long. “Moreover, he added, “It didn’t work here that doesn’t mean it won’t work somewhere else, but let us help you don’t leave on ignorant terms, don’t do that. Because the goal is to help you get to the next level and by all means we would love to do that. Don’t just jump and you have no parachute, yeah don’t do that.

Coach Prime has made his stance clear. However, after all the frenzy around the transfer portal, Sanders has strengthened the Buffaloes roster and is ready for the promising gridiron action.

Despite a promising phase of transfers, a few players took a dig at his blunt approach to transfers. Former Buffaloes cornerback Cormani McClain shared his thoughts on Sanders’ approach.

I feel like I just don’t want to play for clicks. I actually want to be involved with a great leading program that’s going to develop players,” said McClain. He is anticipated to get into Florida Gators. However, Sanders has built a strong team that can get him the championship. Meanwhile, let us know your thoughts on Sanders uplifting the roster.
