The UCLA Bruins will have a lot to answer for ahead of their victory against the Colorado Buffaloes. The match that ended with their win on the field, has led to a series of controversies off the field. Coach Prime and his team couldn’t give their best and tragically lost by a staggering score of 28-16.
The match ended on a sad note for the Buffs as they desperately tried to make a comeback against UCLA. Neither Shilo nor Shedeur could help turn the tide in their dad’s favor and ended up with a disappointing loss. But the real issues arose when the players walked back to the dressing room and noticed all their belongings missing. The team reported several valuables missing, and the UCLA locker room didn’t have any CCTV cameras to aid in the matter as well. In response to the scandal, the UCLA team released a statement on social media to assure the fans of the legal process.

The UCLA team said, “The UCLA athletic department confirmed that a report was filed to the Pasadena Police Department following the UCLA-Colorado football game regarding items that were reportedly missing from the Colorado locker room. UCLA is in communication with law enforcement, Rose Bowl Stadium officials, and the University of Colorado on the matter.”?The Colorado fans are upset with the state of the management and security at the Rose Bowl Stadium. While the team is devastated by the robbery, Coach Prime won’t be too shocked, as he was previously involved in a similar situation back in 2021.
Coach Prime was robbed in 2021 during his time with the Jacksonville Jaguars
In February 2021, Deion played his first game as a head coach with the Jacksonville Jaguars. In his first game, he was able to lead his team to a stunning victory by a score of 53-0 over Edward Waters. But during the post-match conference, Sanders revealed that his belongings had been stolen during the match.

Later it was revealed that the belongings weren’t stolen but, in fact, kept in a secure place by a member of the staff. Sanders refuted the stories and stuck to his side of it. He said that his assistant caught the person who was trying to steal his stuff in the act. Though his belongings were recovered, it was sad to see the state of affairs as a head coach was a victim of such a targeted crime. Coach Prime is an influential figure in the history of American sports and it is disrespectful to see him being subjected to robbery for the second time in his career.
