The phenomenal performance delivered by the Philadelphia Eagles star QB in the last game against the Buffalo Bills gained appreciation from many people. Not only did it set a milestone in his NFL career, but it also reaped appreciation from the 71-year-old who commended Hurts in his last game. 

The atmosphere at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia was electric as the Eagles defeated the Bills 37-34. Although Jalen Hurts committed some mistakes in the game, he still became a star player to watch when the Brotherly Shove came into play winning him three touchdowns. Breaking a record in the NFL, he remains one of the top MVP prospects.

In his third year in the NFL, Jalen Hurts broke a league record by scoring his 10th rushing touchdown at Lincoln Financial Field. His last touchdown score not only won Skip Bayless’ attention and praise but also set him as the only NFL player to record 10 rushing TDs. His third TD pass came in the second half with 11:07 remaining as he led his team 10-of-18 for 127 yards. 

Jalen Hurts leads the Eagles to a 37-34 overtime victory

In the last game, the Eagles defeated the Bills 37-34 and leads with 10-1, becoming the first NFL team to secure a playoff berth. The game changer happened on 3rd-and-15 from the Bills’ 29-yard line when Jalen Hurts got the ball to Olamide Zaccheaus who caught it over two defenders for a touchdown, amping the Eagles’ score to rise with a 28-24 lead in the fourth quarter.

Jalen Hurts finished the game with 200 yards, three touchdowns, and an interception. He also accounted for two rushing scores and 65 yards on the ground. While the Eagles may have won the game, Bills QB Josh Allen delivered a solid performance accounting for 339 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception. 

After the last win, the Philadelphia Eagles lead the NFC East 10-1. If they continue to keep up this winning streak, they have a high chance of becoming the SB champion. But this fate lies in uncertain hands as they get ready to face their division rival, the 8-3 Dallas Cowboys after their upcoming game against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 13.
