A young boy wrote a heartfelt letter for Williams to narrate his story against bullying. The letter has gone viral on social media as the young boy finds support and motivation in Williams’ message against bullying through his foundation, Caleb Cares Foundation. The Caleb Cares Foundation took to X on March 15 to post news about Caleb Williams and how he inspires the upcoming generation. They tweeted, “Bigger than football.” The tweet was posted along with a letter from a young fan to Caleb Williams.

In the letter, Henry wrote, “Dear Caleb, I’m excited to watch you play in the NFL. My dad showed me that you also paint your nails and you are anti-bullying. I like that you stand up against bullies because I stand up to them too. I’m excited to watch you play football with my dad who also paints his nails with me. I hope you have good luck in the NFL draft. HENRY (AGE 9)

The young boy thanked Caleb Williams for inspiring him to stand up against people who bully him for painting his nails. The USC star is also known for painting his nails and has often mentioned getting bullied. In an interview in 2022, Williams said, “I am a male, and I paint my nails, and I’ve had some people say things about that too,” He added, “Maybe you can think of a few things that people might have said. And it hasn’t been nice, normally.

Caleb Cares Foundation: Caleb Williams stands against bullying and mental health stigma

The Caleb Cares Foundation is an organization founded by USC’s QB Caleb Williams that aims to uplift the youth by tackling three main areas: eliminating bullying, mental health awareness, and empowering youth. The QB works as the face of the organization and receives monetary support from other organizations like Capital One, Booked by Blaze, Corona, and Heisman Trophy Trust.

The organization was founded on Williams’ belief of being capable of doing anything and helping the underdog. It’s the same virtue present in the popular DC superhero Superman, a moniker that Caleb Williams has also adopted. Hence, he dedicates time and resources to eliminating bullying and empowering the underdog.
