Ripress drops a bomb through his latest tweet. Posting a picture of a player facing his back with the iconic canyons of Boulder in Colorado’s jersey has left the Buffs fans going crazy. The image also shows a CU Buffs spotlight falling on the player. While the fans tried their best to decipher the name of the new signee, all efforts seemed to go in vain. Even though the number on the jersey showed No. 1, the fans could not assess the name since it was replaced with “??????”

Cormani McClain’s exit was a blow for Deion Sanders and the program. He was the prize of Coach Prime’s first recruiting class and had been the five-star recruit and the highest-rated signee. Hence, as soon as he departed, Sanders consciously shifted his focus to attempt a comeback that was much stronger and better than before. He has embarked on a mission to find better replacements for those who have left.

Chain of visits that are due for Buffaloes

Overcoming the loss, Deion Sanders is all prepped up to host the visit for new prospects. According to the sources, the former Texas Longhorns mega prospect and offensive lineman Payton Kirkland will be visiting the Buffaloes program this weekend. Kirkland is the latest top recruit who has entered the spring window of the transfer portal.

Being a consensus four-star prospect in the 2023 class, Sanders has set his sights on the offensive lineman for long. Now that he has jumped into the portal, Coach Prime will not leave any chance to recruit the 6-foot-6, 366-pound star since he is one of the biggest offensive linemen available in the portal.

Besides Kirkland, Dallan Hayden has shown interest in Sanders’ program and will visit Boulder. He carries with him a record of nine carries for 110 yards and a touchdown last season before becoming a redshirt.

Besides these two names, the ex-Tennessee standout linebacker Elijah Herring’s name has also come up as a top prospect. It was he who led Tennessee in tackles last season. Now it is to be seen whose name ultimately dons jersey No. 1.
