State of Florida proposes $1 million budget to FSU for potential lawsuit

Ron DeSantis feels that for the undefeated Florida State to not clinch a spot in the CFP is a very, very controversial ruling.” So, where there is injustice, the law should get involved. On Tuesday, DeSantis announced that the state should disburse $1 million to FSU to sue CFP in light of the recent unfair judgment.

Ron DeSantis is making sure the Seminoles get what they truly deserve by setting aside $1 million from its $114 billion state budget for the program to sue CFP for unfair treatment. He said, “If you win and you are undefeated, it should mean something.” The proposal awaits approval from the state legislature.

What could be more bitter than giving your best and winning every season game only to be denied the chance to make it to the playoffs because of a quarterback justification? According to CFP committee chair Boo Corrigan, Florida State is a different team with and without QB Jordan Travis, who broke his leg in a season-ending injury. But the Seminoles played fairly well in their last two wins without their star QB.
