Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes may not have the season they expected in 2023 with their 4-8 record. Despite the poor team performance, two-way star Travis Hunter brought glory to his coach and team with his achievement. He was named the Paul Hornung Award winner after averaging 119 snaps in his last season in Colorado.

Travis Hunter graced the 14th annual Paul Hornung Award Ceremony in Louisville on March 8.
