Summer is just starting, but college football fans can already feel the heat now that EA Sports College Football 25 has just dropped its cover and trailer. Finally, the long wait is over, as the upcoming game marks the franchise’s return after over 10 years of absence.

As July 19 nears, the more intense craze for the EA Sports CFB 25 is growing. Since the release has been almost due for over a month, on May 31, Friday, it released a “Gameplay Deep Dive.” This has ensured that the biggest haters and nay-sayers worried that the game will fall into the same traps Madden has been accused of for years will be quieted. Despite most likely using the same gameplay engine as Madden, everything about the game looks smoother and more realistic.

The pointers that must be considered while confirming that EA Sports CFB 25 will not be a college-themed Madden NFL clone were Stick Work, CAMPUS IQ, Wear and Tear, and Player Abilities, among others. Further, unlike the Madden franchise, the game developers have been sincere enough not to line their pockets with microtransactions. One wear-and-tear system will keep players healthy through strategic substitutions, allowing an improved gaming experience. Not just this, EA Sports CFB 25 will give fans enough opportunity to obsess over the game.

EA Sports CFB 25 on its way to enhance realism

It is the first time College Football 25 will feature real players. EA Sports also offered every player on an FBS roster the opportunity to be a part of the game. According to ExtraPoints, over 12,800 players accepted that offer. However, Texas quarterback Arch Manning reportedly declined the offer to join the game. Besides, to make the gaming experience more natural, the game has introduced a variety of player traits that will augment gameplay. They will respond to high-pressure situations.

It has been reported that the transfer portal is expected to be included in the game. Besides this, Dynasty Mode will allow online and offline play. The only negative point is that there will be no scope for Dynasty Mode to be cross-capable between PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

The voice inputs will be from the ESPN stalwarts as Chris Fowler and Kirk Hebstreit will serve as one of the broadcast teams. This season, the players will be spoilt with options regarding their uniforms. Oregon, for example, will have more than 20 options. All eyes on July 19!
