Coach Prime is taking his New Year’s resolutions seriously and grinding hard in the gym. The 56-year-old wishes to get back to his playing days fitness and body shape. He shared an Instagram post earlier on with him doing laps around the Buffs’ practice pitch. He spoke in conversation with his son Deion Sanders Jr., about how he would run 100m sprints. Deion would do so back to back and complete 1o rounds, walking back to the endzone and turning around to complete another round. He then rapped with a subliminal message – “You don’t see all that, you see the wins, losses, and commercials. The good, the bad, the ugly, you don’t see all that”

He was breathing heavily as he ushered motivational words to his followers. The causal session turned into a competitive one when the side’s strength and conditioning coaches too joined Sanders. Initially, it was the coach’s turn to get to the monkey bars and do the pull-ups. The strength coaches could only manage 11-12 on the bar. When it was Deion Sanders’s turn, he easily repped out 17, at least that’s what he counted! This goes to show that the HC is still in prime form and well on his way to gaining full fitness.
