The tug of war has commenced in the NFL and Jim Harbaugh is the prize. On one hand, the crowd wants to see more Harbaugh at Ann Arbor. However, the other side can hardly hide their elation as they eagerly await to welcome Jim Harbaugh to the NFL. The Michigan head coach is in talks with 5 NFL teams. However, the Chargers are the ones who stole the spotlight as ‘the most probable one’ for Harbaugh.
A head coach with a CFB National Championship and an SB appearance? That is what has lured all the teams’ interest and the appreciation of fans in for Harbaugh. Ric Flair, another Maize and Blue fan, and a 16-time WWE champion, has made his fandom for Michigan and Harbaugh a public affair. Calling him ‘ The Best Coach In Football Ever Aside From His Brother John‘, Flair thrashed Paul Finebaum outside the ring. Finebaum had already invited loads of criticism because of constant criticism on Harbaugh, Flair just added his share to it. “Get A Life & Get Real!” said Flair unfiltered.

Further, he made sure to express his secondhand embarrassment for Finebaum. “Paul Finebaum, I’m So Embarrassed About How You Make A Living Critiquing People. So Embarrassed For You And The SEC Network!” he exasperated. Even though Finebaum admitted his defeat on the ‘Let’s Go!’ podcast for his remark by saying, “Jim Harbaugh has silenced all those who doubted him in the in the early days.”
Sure enough, being called for a second interview by the Spanos family and the Falcons has shunned all the nay-sayers who thought Harbaugh would not flourish in the NFL.

Following the first round of interviews with Harbaugh, the Falcons were the first ones to arrange a second interview with Jim Harbaugh, followed by the Chargers. Given Jim Harbaugh’s 1999 to 2000 history with the Chargers as a player, as well as his well-fostered relations with the Spanos family, the choice only seems logical.
Along with this, the Chargers’ reported offer for Harbaugh, which is still in talks, is estimated at around $90 million. As reported by James Yoder of Michigan Football Report, “The Chargers are preparing a $15 to maybe as high as $18 million per year offer.”
