Deion Sanders Wants to Dunk Shilo Sanders’ Head in the Lake for Forgetting His Passport

The fun-loving and jovial Deion Sanders has five children from his two marriages. Despite the troubles in his marital life, he shares a loving bond with all of his children, who reciprocate the same. As reflected by his recent Instagram post, Coach Prime often takes pride in displaying his loving, amicable relationship and family.

Coach Prime took to Instagram on March 26 to post another update on his life through a reel. The clip featured a video-call interaction between him and his son, Shilo Sanders. The clip was uploaded with the caption, “I just want to palm @shilosanders face #CoachPrime (posted by @deionsandersjr),” indicating Coach Prime’s frustration with his son’s blunder.

Deion Sanders taunts his son for forgetting his passport

Per the interaction, Shilo missed his flight because he wasn’t carrying his passport. He remembered to check for his passport only when he received a message from his friend, Sam, in the group chat. However, it was too late. It left his father, Coach Prime, embarrassed; he jokingly talked about dunking his son’s face in the lake. He said, “Good job buddy. I want to put your head in the lake and just over your head down on the water for about four minutes.“

But his son, Shilo, came back with his own reply when he tried to bribe his dad. Shilo said, “I bought you some shoes, so it’s okay.” However, Coach Prime didn’t easily fall for the trap as he replied, “You know I ain’t trust you and I ain’t having fun,” reflecting the fun and cheerful relationship between him and his children.

Deion Sanders’ children give him moments to rejoice

Coach Prime is going through one of the best phases of his life. While his son, Shedeur Sanders, is touted as one of the top picks in the 2025 draft, his daughter, Deiondra Sanders, is soon expecting a child. The news excites the Sanders family as this will be Coach Prime’s first grandchild. Moreover, Deiondra had earlier reported that she had multiple complications when trying to conceive, so her pregnancy is nothing short of a miracle for her.

Deiondra’s brother, Shedeur, is also having a good time after being ranked 2nd by On3.com among the top 100 NIL deal talents. According to many experts, he is also expected to be among the Top 5 picks in the draft. However, his father doesn’t want Shedeur to join just any team because of the draft system. Coach Prime even recommends that Shedeur and his teammate Travis Hunter use their power, similar to what Eli Manning did in 2004.
