Shilo Sanders pokes fun at Colorado’s offensive tackle, David Conner, for his weight in a recent comment. The 23-year-old safety for the Buffaloes has been a driving force behind the team’s wins this season and is currently on vacation as the year comes to an end.

The duo of Shilo and Shedeur Sanders have proven that they’re indeed worthy of being Coach Prime’s sons. Though Shilo wasn’t able to match the success of his younger brother, Shedeur, he still played an important role in the team’s journey. And now, he shows his banter side to the fans as he publicly makes fun of Conner’s weight in an Instagram post.

Shilo is currently at the famous Winter Park Resort in Colorado and recently posted a series of photos from his ski lift activity. In the comments, Conner commented, “Can I come next time?” and got a response from Shilo that he wouldn’t have expected.

Shilo replied by saying, “Naw, bro, they said the snowboard limit is 280.” While it is obvious that Conner is lighter than 280 pounds any day, Shilo meant to call him out without a prior cause. Later, Conner replied to the dig with good humor and said, “Im 279.” Things are all good between the two teammates, and the fans got to see Shilo’s fun side as well. But in totality, it is evident that Shilo also has a seemingly arrogant side to him, which eventually led to his ejection from the UCLA Bruins.

Shilo’s arrogance against the UCLA Bruins in a strong tackle

The Colorado Buffaloes took on the UCLA Bruins in a tough match on October 29th. Though the match ended in a loss for the Buffs, Shilo’s controversial ejection became one of the highlights of the game. Shilo tackled Carsen Ryan during the second quarter and started flexing as Ryan went down on the ground. While many seemed to see it as a clean tackle, the referees didn’t think so and immediately called for his ejection.

After the incident, Shilo took to the post-match interview to talk about his thoughts on the situation. He arrogantly said, “I’m not going to change my play style. I’m still going to be running to the ball and physical. I’m going to be the enforcer” Thus, it’s obvious that the Sanders’ men don’t like to budge from their stands, and it’ll continue to be that way as the Colorado team prepares for the upcoming off-season.
