NIL has been a boon for college athletes. But it doesn’t stop there. For Deion Sanders’ son Shedeur, his penchant for automotive excellence has now extended to another jewel in his collection—the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, thanks to the profiting opportunities. Despite Buffs’ on-field crisis, Shedeur has been further dogged by misfortune as his luxury car, which was parked near the Champion Center, drew unforgiving wrath of police authorities on Thursday.

The authorities have been a bit harsher than usual with the Buffaloes’ squad lately. In an unexpected turn of events, SI reported that the spotlight shifted from the gridiron to the parking lot, where Shedeur Sanders’ luxurious black car faced the unyielding judgment of the CU parking police, getting ticketed with a wheel clamp.

Just weeks ago, during an episode of the Let’s Go! podcast, Deion asked Brady, “Tom, do you think a college kid needs a Phantom, like a Rolls-Royce?” Brady replied, “I think he needs to get his bu*t in the film room and spend as much time in there as possible,” joked Tom Brady. Deion Sanders was happy with his reply. However, Shedeur Sanders, who was also a part of the conversation, quickly corrected them, saying it was not a Phantom but a Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

He further took a jab at Brady, “I seen you had one too, Tom.”

Shedeur Sanders has an exquisite taste in cars. Earlier this year, he bought a Maybach after a huge NIL deal. “It wasn’t like this when I was in college,” Deion Sanders said. Apart from Coach Prime, Brady’s been Shedeur’s all-around cheerleader—on and off the field—except for that one time the kid had his eye on a Rolls-Royce. Maybe Brady figured the road to success should be paved with touchdowns, not leather seats and a fancy hood ornament.

Tom Brady is known to be a mentor to Shedeur Sanders

Shedeur has accounted for the fact that he shares a close bond with Brady; a relationship that goes beyond the coaching of Deion Sanders about cars. Brady shares an interesting dynamic with Shedeur. During the match between the Buffaloes and the CSU team, Shedeur went into ‘Brady Mode’ and managed to win the match for the team at the extremities of double overtime, driving his team 98 yards for a game-tying touchdown and two-point conversion.

In the post-match conference, Shedeur talked about how he just fully thought about Brady. Brady himself took to X to congratulate Shedeur’s phenomenal performance.

In a world where sports and style collide, the Brady-Shedeur connection is like a blockbuster movie, and the recent match? That was the climax. Moreover, Sanders has been a part of Brady’s clothing brand ever since his time with Jackson State, his first team in the NCAA. Now, we’re left wondering what’s next in this tale of mentorship, touchdowns, and a wardrobe that’s as on-point as a perfectly thrown spiral.
