Deion Sanders, the coach for the Colorado Buffaloes, becomes the strong dad and claims he’s better than Santa Claus in a recent video. The 56-year-old is one of the most influential coaches in the NCAA this season due to his openness with the fans and the team. And his recent statement about Santa Claus in a video has the fans in splits.

The Colorado Buffaloes haven’t had the best season this year. With a poor record of 4-8, Coach Prime’s team didn’t excel on the points table, but managed to win the fans’ hearts with their determination. And with Deion’s Santa Claus bashing, it looked like the team needed a few laughs and Coach Prime came through.

Deion Sanders grills Santa Claus in a new video

On the eve of Christmas Day, 24th December, the Colorado Buffaloes posted a video of Deion refuting the existence of Santa Claus and taking all the credit for it. The Santa Claus legend is something we’re all accustomed to since our childhoods but Coach Prime took his opportunity to call him out and acknowledge his superiority over jolly old Nick.

He said, “I ain’t givin’ no man coming down no chimney my credit. I worked my butt off, and I’m gonna give him my credit? That’s a lie. I’m Santa Claus. I did that. And I’m not saying, “Ho,ho,ho!”I’m coming in there, “Yo,yo, yo!” With the whole room echoing in great laughter, it’s evident that Deion is a great coach but also a great father who doesn’t limit his love to just his children, Shedeur and Shilo. Moreover, Deion took to Instagram to post his Christmas wish for all his fans and loved ones who have stuck by his side throughout.

Coach Prime wishes the fans a Merry Christmas and shares a heartwarming message

This is the season to be merry and Deion pulls through with his touching wishes for all his fans. Though the Colorado Buffaloes didn’t receive a lot of gifts this Christmas, Deion is making sure that the yuletide spirit continues to be celebrated. In a post that references the video of Deion claiming to be better than Santa Claus, this is the advice he had for everyone on the occasion of Christmas Eve.

Deion wrote, “Have a blessed, Peaceful, Loving Christmas. Don’t allow your spending or gifting to anger or take u to a place of discomfort. Stay within your means and be a blessing always with your presence because you’re the ultimate gift. I love and appreciate all of u. Even the 1z with hate in their hearts because they will see the light 1 day if we keep on shining. #CoachPrime”. He also addressed the haters with nothing but compassion as he believes that even they would come through and soon believe in his purpose.
