He flipped from Cincinnati to join Deion Sanders because of their bond and their shared hometown connection. His run with Colorado has been filled with ups and downs. Initially, Dawson showed promise with his performance when he made six receptions for 50 yards in two games. Deion had high hopes for him as he said, “Chick has really been in the playbook. He’s a Fort Myers (Florida) boy, so you know I have a vested interest in him. I wanted to see him do well.
