The $7.2 million dream of the Sanders brothers was crushed to pieces. All they wanted was a retirement house for their father, one that they could visit whenever. Hence, as an effort to pull the perfect retirement house for Deion Sanders before they leave for the pro-league in 2025, Sanders Jr., Shedeur, and Shilo Sanders hit the road with Prime to visit a lavish estate in the Centennial State, Colorado.

The Well Off Media documented it well, convincing the whole world that the Sanders brothers had gifted their father the $7.2 million estate. Until Coach Prime stated the opposite, shocking everyone in the process. “They didn’t buy me the mansion. They wanted me to see several homes that I would like,” Prime said then. The reason was simple for Deion Sanders, his values. He stated it then, and he stands by it now, which he confirmed during his appearance on the NFL podcast.

“I love the gesture but I wouldn’t be the man that I am if I allowed my kids to make a purchase of that magnitude,” Prime said in the podcast. But that doesn’t mean that Deion Sanders does not have things planned for his retirement. Sanders revealed the developments he made in his estate to accommodate the retirement dream: all of his kids staying together.

“Right now, we just purchased like almost 200 more acres behind the acres that we already have because, in the long run, I want them to build homes right there,” Deion Sanders said. He also shared an image resembling the picture of the retirement home he has in mind for their family group. “I just sent them something on the gram. Yesterday was two brothers built identical homes and they put a lake in between two twin brothers. I sent them that. I said, ‘That’s what I want for y’all.'”

That is when Prime got to know about the major rock hindering his dream from coming true: Shilo Sanders’ refusal to live with Shedeur Sanders. As Deion Sanders mentioned sending the text to the group, he also revealed his son, Shilo Sanders’ response to it to the group. “And Shilo’s like, ‘I don’t want to live with Shedeur.”
